Choose to work in-person, remote, or hybrid according to your needs. In-person therapists have access to a fully furnished office at our Fergus Falls location, and remote therapists are provided a secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth platform to conduct sessions.

Set Your Own Schedule:

As an independent contractor, you determine your own hours and caseload. You have control over your work-life balance and client load.

Competitive Compensation:

We offer a generous, productivity-based pay structure. License-eligible therapists (under supervision) earn a 60/40 split, and fully licensed therapists earn a 65/35 split (therapist receives the larger percentage).

We provide the tools you need to succeed.. Our administrative support and steady referral stream allow you to focus on providing excellent care.
