Megan Kampstra, LPCC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in working with children, adults and families ages 5 and up. Megan uses various theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family therapy, mindfulness-based interventions and play therapy. Megan applies current neurological research to treat a variety of disorders and problems including anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment and bonding, relationship challenges, parenting issues, stress, self esteem, personality disorders and trauma.

Jamie Rodriguez, LGSW
Licensed Graduate Social Worker, Jamie specializes in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, domestic violence, relationship challenges, parenting, issues faced by People of Color (BIPOC) and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Jamie utilizes various evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing and narrative therapy in her practice to support clients in meeting their therapeutic goals. Tanya is a Licensed Psychologist specializing in depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, and self-esteem. Tanya is also experienced in supporting those facing terminal illness. Her approach to working with clients involves elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Erin Krog
Erin is a LGSW, Clinical Trainee specializing in working with adolescents, adults and families ages 10 and up. Erin is a graduate student through MSUM Moorhead in the Master’s in Social Work program.
