Jeanne Grenvik, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in abuse and trauma, christian counseling, conflict resolution, depression, anxiety, divorce recovery, domestic violence. Jeanne is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), offers marriage and couples counseling. Jeanne works with clients ages 12 and up.

Melissa Gedrose, LICSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Melissa specializes in working with domestic violence issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and adjustment issues. Certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Melissa works with clients ages 10 and up.

Megan Kampstra, LPCC

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in working with children, adults and families ages 5 and up. Megan uses various theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family therapy, mindfulness-based interventions and play therapy. Megan applies current neurological research to treat a variety of disorders and problems including anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment and bonding, relationship challenges, parenting issues, stress, self esteem, personality disorders and trauma.

Jamie Rodriguez, LGSW

Licensed Graduate Social Worker, Jamie specializes in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, domestic violence, relationship challenges, parenting, issues faced by People of Color (BIPOC) and members of the LGBTQ+ community.  Jamie utilizes various evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing and narrative therapy in her practice to support clients in meeting their therapeutic goals.  Jamie works with children 5 years and up, adolescents, individuals and couples.

Osman Ali Baar, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor, Osman specializes in offering therapy services to couples, families, individuals, adolescents and children.  He utilizes various evidence-based therapy approaches including TF-CBT, DBT and person-centered therapy to treat a variety of mental health problems and disorders including depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, relationship problems, stress and trauma.  Osman speaks both English and Somali fluently and has experience in working with immigrants and refugee populations.

Debbie Colbeck

Debbie is a pre-licensed professional counselor working with individuals and couples ages 14 and up.  Debbie’s approach to counseling is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing techniques.  Debbie can provide Christian Counseling for those who are interested in this type of therapy.  Debbie specializes in anxiety, relationship issues, narcissistic abuse and healthy boundaries.  She can provide treatment for a wide variety of mental health issues and problems including anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting issues, communication skills, stress management, guilt and shame.

Erin Krog

Erin is a pre-licensed clinical social worker specializing in working with adolescents, adults and families ages 10 and up. Erin is a graduate student through MSUM Moorhead in the Master’s in Social Work program. “I believe we all have a story and your story matters. YOU matter. My goal is to create an honest, safe, and open place for you. My intention is for you to believe in your own value and worth. I am passionate about teen mental health, suicide prevention, and empowering youth. I hold a place in my heart for those experiencing grief and loss and will walk that journey with you. I am also passionate about advocating for and supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Everyone has purpose, value, and worth. I believe in a person-centered approach, a strength-based approach, and cognitive behavioral change. I believe in empowering you to be your best self and in meeting you where you are on your journey.
