Rates

Payment:
River Walk Counseling, Inc. accepts most health insurance plans, employee assistance programs and private pay for all services. We offer a discount for clients who are paying out of pocket for services.

Rates:
Psychotherapy:           $180.00 per hour
Evaluations:                $210.00 per hour
Couples Counseling:   $150.00 per hour

Cancellation Policy:
Appointments that are missed without a 24-hour notice will be recorded in the client’s chart as ‘no show’ and will be charged the standard missed appointment fee of $75.00.  These fees are not covered by insurance and will be billed to the patient directly.
*Cancellations due to weather or illness will not be charged a no show fee.
